Warranty & Guarantees

As a CertainTeed Select Shingle Master contractor, we are able to offer our customers more warranties on our roofing products than a typical roofing company. The SureStart PLUS™ extended warranty extends the duration and coverage of our standard warranty. Extended coverage is available at three different levels: 3-Star, 4-Star and 5-Star.

Three-Star Coverage

Under 3-star coverage, our CertainTeed Lifetime shingles are covered for 20 years. This helps protect you against shingles tearing off, materials and labor, and includes non-prorated coverage. Our 25-Year Three-Tab shingles are covered for 10 years under 3-star coverage. This warranty is also fully transferable for 10 years.

Four-Star Coverage

With 4-star coverage, your CertainTeed Lifetime shingle roof on your single-family home is covered for 50 years and is fully transferable for 12 years. In addition to the protection awarded under 3-star coverage, disposal is also covered under the 4-star warranty. Under this warranty, 25-Year Three-Tab shingles are covered for 20 years.

Five-Star Coverage

The SureStart PLUS™ 5-Star coverage offers the maximum warranty coverage for your single-family home. Not only do you receive all the coverage of the 4-Star plan, but our workmanship is also covered for 25 years and the warranty is transferable for 15 years. This gives you the most options to ensure you're covered no matter what life may bring your way. With 5-Star coverage, our 25-Year Three-Tab shingles are covered for 25 years.

For more information on our SureStart PLUS™ warranty, take a look at our one-sheet that outlines this program, or contact our office today to speak with one of our roofing experts. We'll be happy to talk to you about your needs and the different warranty options available.

Thanks to everyone at Premiere. Y'all are great!
